The potential hazard of Lancaster Convertible Crib is that the white paint could chip; a small part could result and could pose a possible choking hazard. This has caused the recall.
So far no incidents have been reports. About 574 units are involved in this recall.

Models Affected: White Lancaster Crib has model number 8554W-PT and 8554WW located on both the inside of the headboard leg and on the envelope attached to the mattress support.
